Supporting mental health and physical health
-
- We support individuals* that are experiencing mental health problems (e.g., anger, anxiety, low mood, self-esteem, sleep, or stress).
- We support individuals* who need support with their physical health.
- We support individuals* from disadvantaged backgrounds and communities, like individuals that are at risk of child criminal exploitation (CCE), individuals that identify as LGTBQAI+, and individuals/groups from ethnic minorities.
- We support students* who are experiencing issues relating to their studies (e.g., anxiety, concentration, low motivation, and stress) or students who are on specialised timetables, suspended, or permanently excluded from school.
- We support undergraduate and postgraduate students who need support with their study skills and assignments.
- We support individuals* that are not in education, employment, or training (NEET).
- We support professionals, practitioners, statutory organisations, and Voluntary organisations, community organisations and social enterprises (VCSE), who work with young people, adults, students, athletes, and disadvantaged communities.
However, we are not an urgent help mental health service, meaning that we cannot offer urgent mental health support at short notice. If you are worried about a young person or adult, and they may be at immediate risk or danger, please call 999 or 111 and press Option 2.
*Individuals can self-refer (under 18s will need consent from a parent, guardian or carer), members of staff, parents, guardians, or carers can also refer on behalf of an individual.
