Our Mentoring supports individuals with managing their mental health, physical health, personal development, academic studies, or work-related issues.
Mental Health: Mentoring sessions for young people, adults, students, or athletes that need support regarding their Mental Health.
Physical Health: Mentoring sessions for young people, adults, or athletes that need support regarding their physical health, and information, advice and guidance around managing physical health issues.
Disadvantaged Individuals & Communities: Mentoring sessions for disadvantaged individuals, communities, or minority groups (e.g., individuals at risk of Criminal Exploitation, ex-offenders, identify as LGTBQAI+, low-income families, refugees, or asylum seekers).
Academic Mentoring: Mentoring for undergraduate and postgraduate students who need support with their study skills and assignments.
